This is a high quality, low quantity training program developed alongside experts in their field of Strength Training.
Strength Gym training involves the use of functional movement patterns being exposed to force magnitudes greater than what an individual might be exposed to during their chosen endurance activity. Each session will be fully supervised and monitored providing you with the form and foundations to develop and increase your strength.
Our staff will guide you to manage asymmetries, reduce muscle soreness, improve efficiency and provide education to ensure quality and optimal gains over the duration of the program. Gym training involves 60 minute sessions completed weekly (Monday to Friday) and are small groups of 4-5 people only. Clients can access one supervised and one unsupervised Strength Training class per week.
