Our triathlon coaching system uses a blend of extensive industry experience and knowledge of latest scientific trends to ensure you adapt quickly and safely to training. Often owing to the sheer volume and regularity of triathlon training across 3 disciplines, managing fatigue becomes imperative in order to reduce the likelihood of interference effects in training (for example, running load cancelling out adaptation across other disciplines). We utilise a raft of measures to ensure your adaptation to triathlon is achieved and your program adjusted to suit your own adaptation response.
We are big believers in developing rapport with our clients, and facilitating a shared client-coach journey so both parties are informed of the other's needs. Owing to the multi-disciplinary approach to triathlon training (multiple modalities of training) it is important fatigue is measured across each modality and then applied to the program as a whole. We want to ensure you adapt to training with the lowest possible fatigue load and greatest possible advantage to triathlon performance.
Our coaching process is about making you better. You can be of any fitness level to benefit from our processes. We tailor training to suit you. This is even more specific in the case of running which is load bearing and has a higher injury prevalence, and swimming which is largely technical based and thus requires more tailor instruction for improvement.
Your own exercise gear/bike/shoes, alongside a HR monitor for tracking your own adaptation to exercise. We prefer to tailor training to heart rate and even power output/pace over time to best display your own fitness improvements over time.
