Our coaching system uses a blend of extensive industry experience and knowledge of latest scientific trends to ensure you adapt quickly and safely to training. We pride ourselves on understanding how to best augment the latest scientific advances in coaching/training with your own personal needs and availability. It is a completely personalised system of exercise management and development.
We are big believers in developing rapport with our clients, and facilitating a shared client-coach journey so both parties are informed of the other's needs. In fact the bulk of the coaching process is about facilitating a shared understanding of best practice strategies to improve your exercise experience.
The training option allows for you to spend time with your coach, or coaching associates, in a structured training environment with likeminded others. These include both indoor and outdoor options and are based on your own unique fitness levels. Training includes indoor power training on your own bike or on our Wattbikes, and outdoor training with a friendly group of similar ability individuals where we practice the physicality and art of cycling. It is a blend of theory and practice.
Our coaching process is about making you better. You can be of any fitness level to benefit from our processes. We tailor training to suit you.
We prefer to tailor training to heart rate, power output, and pace to best display your own fitness improvements over time.
