Strength training at Exercise Institute is a high quality, low quantity program developed alongside experts in strength and conditioning.
Built for endurance athletes and active people, the program uses supervised gym work, functional movement patterns and objective assessment to improve strength, movement quality, efficiency and long-term athlete development.
Why this matters.
Build usable force.
Gym training exposes functional movement patterns to force magnitudes greater than those usually experienced during your chosen endurance activity.
Improve efficiency.
Supervised sessions help manage asymmetries, improve movement quality, reduce soreness and build stronger foundations for better athletic output.
Train with purpose.
The program connects strength, mobility, power and sport-specific needs so gym work supports your wider performance plan, not just isolated lifting.

Each strength training session is fully supervised and monitored, giving you the form, education and foundations required to develop and increase strength safely.
