Training adds structured indoor and outdoor cycling sessions to your coaching support.

The training option allows for you to spend time with your coach, or coaching associates, in a structured cycling training environment with likeminded others. These include both indoor and outdoor options and are based on your own unique fitness levels. Training includes indoor power training on your own bike or on our Wattbikes, and outdoor training with a friendly group of similar ability individuals where we practice the physicality and art of cycling. It is a blend of theory and practice.
