Training services.
Explore the available training environments below. Each service develops a different combination of fitness, technical skill, confidence and physical capacity, allowing you to select the option that best supports your wider program.
Indoor Cycling.
Complete structured 60-minute cycling sessions in a controlled environment using your own bike or an Exercise Institute Wattbike.
Workloads are based on your individual fitness and are designed to increase productive time at high aerobic intensities without requiring every rider to produce the same power.
Outdoor Cycling.
Develop cycling fitness, technical skill, confidence and group riding awareness through structured on-road sessions led by an experienced trainer.
Sessions combine interval training with the practical demands of cycling in a supportive group environment, with work adapted around different fitness levels.
Strength Training.
Develop force production, movement quality, physical resilience and sporting capacity through supervised strength training built around the needs of the athlete.
Small-group and individual options provide close guidance while allowing strength work to be coordinated with endurance and performance-training demands.
Women’s Cycling.
Join a welcoming cycling environment focused on improving fitness, confidence and enjoyment while connecting with other women through structured training and shared experience.
Intervals are completed at each rider’s own pace, with technical guidance, encouragement and regular regrouping so participants are not left behind.
Altitude Training.
Use simulated altitude exposure to support acclimatisation for performance at elevation or, where carefully applied, selected sea-level performance goals.
Exercise and sleep-based options can be progressively adjusted around blood-oxygen readings and the athlete’s individual response to altitude stress.
Triathlon Training.
Bring swimming, cycling and running together within a broader multisport environment for athletes preparing across multiple disciplines.
Training can be completed independently or through Exercise Institute environments, with the combined workload considered as part of the athlete’s overall development.

Follow a structured swimming program that combines technical development with appropriate training volume and intensity for your fitness or event goals.
Tailored and standard-plan options are available, with technical swimming prioritised alongside pace and endurance so progress is not based on fitness alone.
