The coaching process involves a detailed one on one program tailored to your own capabilities, needs, goals and fitness levels. The coaching process is completely individualised to make every session about achieving your own unique goals.
No sessions are included in the coaching process, it is a tailored personalised program for an individual to do in isolation.

Our coaching system uses a blend of extensive industry experience and knowledge of latest scientific trends to ensure you adapt quickly and safely to training.
We are big believers in developing rapport with our clients, and facilitating a shared client-coach journey so both parties are informed of the other's needs. We prefer to induct our coached athletes with a metabolic test (Vo2max Test) to accurately outline your training zones, acknowledging that training zones based on heart rate or pace alone are inferior to this method.
Our coaching process is about making you better. You can be of any fitness level to benefit from our processes. We tailor training to suit you.
A watch or device that records your biometric data, such as heart rate, pace, etc. and a chest strap heart rate monitor is preferred.
