Women’s Introductory Cycling Sessions
We are very pleased to offer introductory cycling sessions for all women new to cycling.
Come and train in a fun and supportive environment with like minded women.
We offer structured and tailored training sessions to women who might want to improve confidence on a bike, increase fitness, meet people with similar interests, lose weight and importantly do all this while having fun! We have 3 sessions per week, both indoors and outside. Our schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday morning, 6am, Frasers Carpark, Kings Park: An on-road session completed inside Kings Park, meaning we re-group every 10 mins of so. This session is taken by Stef; Stef is a competent mountain bike rider and road racer with decades of cycling experience. The sessions aim to improve confidence, skill and fitness on your bike with other riders.
- Wednesday and Friday morning, 9.30am, Exercise Institute, West Perth: An indoor cycling experience focusing on fitness and stamina improvement. This session uses state of the art exercise equipment that measures your physiology and allows for optimal training at intensities based on your OWN fitness level. Here we measure your baseline fitness then apply a training schedule based on your current fitness. A perfect way to increase your fitness gains in the shorted possible time. You can use one of our bikes, or bring your own for a safe and warm training experience.
